Connect PagerDuty to Teaminal
To connect PagerDuty to Teaminal, visit the integrations page and click on the “Add PagerDuty Integration” button.
After you connect, Teaminal will map PagerDuty users to Teaminal users based on email address. If you have users in PagerDuty that aren’t in Teaminal, they won’t be connected.
Standups with PagerDuty
With PagerDuty connected, when you post a status update to Teaminal, your recently acknowledged incidents will be shown alongside the update. You can click on the incident name to open it in PagerDuty.
Retros with PagerDuty
Similar to status updates, when a team retro is created, the team’s recently acknowledged incidents will be shown alongside the retro. You can click on the incident name to open it in PagerDuty.
Teaminal PagerDuty Settings
There’s no customization available for the PagerDuty integration, so there’s no settings page.
Troubleshooting
Resetting your connection
If your PagerDuty connection isn’t working properly, try removing and adding the connection back again. None of your existing data will be affected.
To do that, visit the Integrations page and click on the “Remove PagerDuty Integration” button. When the page reloads, click on the “Add PagerDuty Integration” button.
